By accessing or using KIPS PDF (the "Service") at kipspdf.vercel.app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

KIPS PDF provides free, browser-based tools to view, convert and edit PDF documents. The Service is provided for lawful personal and business use. You are responsible for the files you process and for complying with all applicable laws.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to process content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the Service.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.

3. No account required

KIPS PDF does not require registration. Because files are processed locally in your browser, we never receive or store your documents.

4. Intellectual property

The KIPS PDF name, logo, design system and original code are the property of KIPS PDF. The Service relies on open-source libraries that remain the property of their respective authors and are used under their licences. You retain all rights to your own documents.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that output files will meet every requirement. Always keep a backup of important documents. See our Disclaimer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIPS PDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or files, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Advertising and third parties

The Service may display third-party advertising (such as Google AdSense) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
